When selling a home there are always so many unanswered questions, what do we list for? When should we list? Are the market conditions right? You always had the answers, the right ones! Diane and I have done exceptionally well on the sale of both our homes and had received exactly what we were hoping for. Not only did we get a great sale price but in both sales but we also sold in less than one week. Simply outstanding!

What is even more amazing is that your in depth market research gave us the insight to purchase our new homes at well below list prices.
